To register for the regulatory examinations log on to Moonstone’s regulatory examination registration website: www.faisexam.co.za and follow the steps below:

| 1 | Click on the "Register for Exam" tab. |
| 2 | Complete all the required fields. All compulsory fields must be completed. Please ensure that the Full Names and Surname, ID/PassportNumber and Date of Birth are correctly provided as this name will appear on the certificate issued.Please forward a copy of your ID/Passport to faisexam@moonstoneinfo.co.za for verification purposes. |
| 3 | Click on the "Next" button. |
| 4 | Select Venue. Select the preferred venue and click on the "Go" button. |
| 5 | Select the regulatory examination from the list by ticking the appropriate block. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that he/she is registered for the correct examination. |
| 6 | Select the Month, Day, Session and Method from the drop down lists. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that he/she is registered for the correct date, time and venue. |
| 7 | Click on the "Add to Booking" button. |
| 8 | Confirm the selected booking by clicking on the "Confirm booking" button at the bottom of the page. |
| 9 | Read the Terms and Conditions and click on the "Accepted" button. |
| 10 | Pay method - Select the preferred pay method (EFT / Credit Card). Complete the Name and Surname of the person or Company detail as it would appear on the "Invoice". Fill in the VAT number if applicable. Important: Invoices cannot be amended after registration. Please ensure that the correct detail has been provided. |
| 11 | Thereafter the candidate can log out. |
| 12 | The booking confirmation containing the examination type, venue, date, session and directions to the venue, together with a Pro Forma Invoice will be sent to the e-mail address of record via faisexam@moonstoneinfo.co.za as notification of registration. Please read the notification and contact the Registration Department on (021) 888 9796 / 883 8000 immediately should any changes be required. |

View your RE-result (s) and/or download your certificate on the Moonstone FAIS Exam webpage, www.faisexam.co.za
Here is what you do:
1. Click on the Moonstone FAIS Exam webpage, www.faisexam.co.za
2. Click on the second heading: "Update Your Booking/Personal Details/Get results".
3. Key in your ID/Passport Number under the heading "Get your Password"
4. The system will send a password to the e-mail address you provided at registration.
5. Key in your ID/Passport Number and Password received under the heading "Registrar Login"
6. You will then be able to view your RE-result (s) and/or download your certificate (if applicable).
